[SUB] Thank You

To everyone that helped out with the Battle of the Bands on Saturday, I
want to say Thank You!  Although we didn't have the turnout we hoped
for, the event was still a huge success for GMCA and for the Milwaukee
area students.  I appreciate all of the dedication, hard work, and long
hours that everyone put in to make this show a great one.
 
I want to first off thank Jahna Juedes, Cindy Meyer and Beth Keller for
all of their work over the past year(s).  We are unfortunate to see you
all leave, but I wish you the best after graduation.  Thank you for
helping this struggling organization grow to be able to put on large
programs again.  We hope to continue this trend and also start tackling
campus issues.
 
I also want to thank the rest of the outgoing e-board, all of the
incoming e-board members, and all of the other GMCA members.  I
appreciate all of the work put in even though some of you were kind of
thrown into the middle of this crazy thing called BOB.  I especially
want to thank Mike Poulsen for his fantastic stage managing and all of
the smooth transitions during the show.
 
I want to give a special thanks to those who volunteered while expecting
nothing in return.  The MSOE Music Club (Jason, Joe, Dan, Aaron,
Butcher, Andy), MSOE Student Union Board (Scooter, Barghav, Jeff, John,
Caleb, Francis, Thor), and of course, our MC's Victor and Sarah.
 
I want to also say a big thank you to Ed and Chris, our lighting
technicians, who did a show with very few resources but beautiful
results.  Also, a big thanks to Rick Gagliano for all of his help in
getting us the Todd Wehr Auditorium.
 
I am sure I am missing someone, so I apologize if I did.  If you know of
someone who didn't receive this e-mail but should, please send this to
them.  I wish everybody the best for the summer and I hope to see the
non-graduates next year.  As for the graduates, if you ever happen to be
in the area, feel free to stop by and give me a hard time.
