Dave/Eric/Andy can you submit if there is interest? You don't have to attend (might be nice if you can though) but someone else needs to submit the form because I won't have internet access.
If you can help please reply to the group, DON'T REPLY TO ME as I won't have internet access to set this up so another returning member will have to sign us up.

Hey guys,
I hope everyone is having a good summer thus far.
Is any available to help staff the open house on 7/12 from 10-1. We need 2-3 people. We have a display and flyers already made so all you have to do is talk about what we do and what robotics is. Plus you get to demo VEX robots. There is normally free food at these sorts of events. It gives the club more recognition (which helps us when it comes to things like funding and member recruitment). 
We need to sign up by 7/4 if we want to do this. I will be out of town so can a returning member (Dave?? Eric?? Andy??) send in the request if there is interest. If you are able to help staff the open house, please reply to the group not to me.

If your organization would like to participate, please contact Danny Cochran (cochran at msoe.edu) by July 4th to sign up. A table will be provided for you.  If you have AV equipment needs, please let Danny know that too.
