[MFSO] Oct 1st Meeting Minutes

Here are the meeting minutes from yesterday. 
 
Elections were held. Thank you all for the nominees that tried. The new Executive Board is:
Nick Tillich as President
Katie Hall as Vice-President
Dave Woods as Secretary
Nate G as Treasurer
 
We also discussed possible fundraiser ideas outside of the VIP Dinner including:

Bake Sale

Raffle Ticket Sales

*	Team 537 
*	Sell Dec - Feb (mini regional at HHS)

Krispy Kreme 

*	Event vending? 
*	Quantity?

Lego/Vex Robot Build/Tournament

*	Mini competition 
*	Lego mindstorms kits à EECS

Volunteer Projects

*	Library, Sort things? 
*	Things for promoting msoe, etc

We probably will not do the bake sale because of the amount of work that it involves. If you have any other ideas please send them out. 

 

Also, don't forget that 10/13 is the Open House. We still need another person or two to help staff this with Nick and Nate. Nick, Katie, and Dave will be getting together sometime to make the display if you are interested in helping or have useful talents in this regards please let us know.

 

Meetings will continue to be held from 1-2 pm in cc35 on Mondays.
