[MFSO] Campus and Community fair

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone that helped out and stopped by today. The fair was a big success and we had a lot of interest in the mentor VEX challenge and our club. There are at least a dozen more interested students because of today's event.

While we did really well today, some of us noticed that our display was slightly lacking. For the future, we would like to create more handouts and other displays that can be used basically forever. These materials maybe also be used for FIRST recruitment. If you are interested in helping making this or have any ideas how to better out display, please let us know.

Hey there guys,
I hope everyone had a good summer and is off to a great start.
We need volunteers to staff a table on Monday the 17th for the Campus and Community fair which runs from 10-2.
This is pretty important since the club couldn't make the other recruitment fair. 
We will need 2-3 people in 2 hour shifts. Times are flexible so if you need to leave or can stay longer, that's cool. 
All materials and info will be provided for you. All you need to do is sit there, look pretty, and spread the word about our club. Plus there will be free food. New members are welcome as well but if you have FIRST experience that would be a bonus. 
If you are able to do this, please email me back. 
 
Also, sign your friends up and pay attention to emails. Coming up shortly will be the first meeting and the Mentor VEX Challenge.
