[Mentors] We'd like some feedback!

Dear Mentors and Peer Mentors,
 
With the end of the school year quickly approaching, the Mentor Program
would like to thank you for your dedication and service in helping new
students adjust to MSOE. We hope your experiences this past year have
been rewarding.  We'd also like to recognize our Outstanding Mentor and
Peer Mentor award winners.

In order to keep improving the program, we would like to ask you to take
just a few minutes to give us some feedback on this past year's
activities and experiences with the Mentor Program.  We've attached a
short survey that can be printed out and returned via regular mail or
sent back via e-mail  (save it to your computer, complete it, and return
it as an e-mail attachment). Please indicate in the first question
whether you are a Mentor or Peer Mentor.
 
Thank you again for your time and energy. Have a relaxing, refreshing
summer; we're pleased that many of you plan to participate again next
