Good Afternoon ASME Members!

 

One of our fellow Engineering associations has put together a great
tour! Please take a minute to check out the information below! Cant make
this one....don't forget about our Falk Tour on January 29th at
Midnight!

Friday, February, 1, 2008 from 11:30am - 3:30pm

 

Open to ALL BE, EE, CE, SE, and ME students

The event will include a tour, information session, and FREE LUNCH

 

The bus will leave the CC at 11:30am and return at 3:30pm. See the
tentative schedule below for more details.

Please RSVP (limited to the first 40 students) to stoginse at msoe.edu if
you plan to attend.

12:00 pm     - Arrive at Direct Supply / Intro to Direct Supply and Tour
(1 hour)

 1:00 pm      - Lunch (W/MSOE Alums now working at DS) (1 hour)

 2:00 pm      - Group Split-up (30 minutes)

*         Overview of Software Engineering - see what a SE/CE does

*         Overview of Direct Supply Manufacturing - see what an EE/ME
does

 2:30 pm      - Professional Development topic - your choice (30
minutes)

*         Preparing for an interview

*         Interviewing a company

*         Preparing for a Career Fair (the next career fair is February
21)

*         Resume writing

 3:00 pm      - Depart Direct Supply

 3:30 pm      - Return to MSOE
