[ASME] Miller Tour Update

There has been a new development in the plan for the Miller Hard Hat tour. Apparently as of January 1st there is a charge of $8 for the hard hat tours. If there is anyone who still wants to go this Friday, January 19th, let me know so Nic can reserve the vans.
