Welcome to the MSOE Placement list...your ultimate source for information on finding that perfect job after MSOE or internship while attending. As a subscriber to the PLACEMENT list, you will begin receiving emails on a regular basis informing you of upcoming interview opportunities, internship & job postings, resume & interview workshops, and more sponsored by the Placement Office at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). In addition, many of these MSOE Placement activities and opportunities are open to MSOE students, staff, faculty and alumni to attend. Once you subscribe, you will receive messages regarding: * HELPFUL INFORMATION ON RESUME BUILDING: (be notified of when and where FREE resume workshops will be taking place or helpful hints on creating a resume) * INTERNSHIPS: (learn about internship postings and how the Placement Office can assist in your search for the perfect one) * INTERVIEWING: get helpful ideas on how to interview, what to wear, how to act, sample questions and more) * PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRANSCRIPT: (learn about how this FREE computer program will assist you in creating that perfect non-academic transcript * FINDING THAT PERFECT JOB: (check out all the company information available in the Placement Office and learn about interviewing opportunties with them) * COMPANY INFORMATION SESSIONS: (find out which companies are coming to cmapus to hold an information session) So if you want to get a "jump-start" on finding that perfect internship or job, then stay subscribed to the PLACEMENT list...you'll be glad you did. Using Placement
To post a message to all the list members, send email to placement@lists.msoe.edu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Placement
Subscribe to Placement by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
